Once I saw
On the cloudy morning I drove home
I saw a limping dog
By the driveway she strolled
As she did a thound times before
I wonder
On the day the man put the ring on her left claw
In front of his beloved smile, she humbly bowed
I wonder
Where did they go
The man and her left claw
Once through the driving mirrow I ever saw
She limped with her palmless claw
Like a lioness on her queendom she strolled
Once I ever saw
