有關Robert Herrik的一首詩
叫做"To the Virgins,to Make Much of Time."
主題是"size the day"的意思
請問其中有一段
"the age is best which is the first,
when youth and blood are warmer;
But being spent, the worse , and worst
times still succeed the former.
請問這段該如何翻譯比較恰當呢?
the age is best which is the first
這句我不太董
指的是青春歲月的那段age嗎?
因為那段應該就是所謂的best吧
可是又怎麼會說是"first"呢?
那不是生命最早的階段吧-.-"
請知道的人給我一些指點
