一、主文
bear429, BradPitt,
以上使用者水桶180日、違規文章退文。
二、說明
bear429發表延時工資與休息時間未依法規之徵才文，違反本板使用規範第十四條第一項
第一款第二、五目，依#1RZJaRJ1 (part-time)第八款第一目標準，
處水桶一百八十日、併科退文。
BradPitt發表工資顯低於法定標準之徵才文，違反本板使用規範第十四條第一項
第一款第一目，依#1RZJaRJ1 (part-time)第八款第一目標準，
處水桶一百八十日、併科退文。
註1：依本板使用規範第四十條第二款，總工時不足一小時者，以一小時計算之，
故出勤半小時亦應符合最低法定工資標準 (NT$150/hr)。
註2：不接受任何如「資訊誤植」等申訴事由。
三、申訴救濟
若不服本判決，得表明理由，至 part-timeBM 板發文申訴。
