一、主文
vihi1020水桶5566日、違規文章退文。
二、說明
vihi1020發表無關本板宗旨之商業廣告文，嚴重破壞本板秩序，該當違反本板使用規範
第十五條第一項第三款，依同法第十六至十九條，應處水桶一百八十日至系統上限限制，
本板認定其不當使用本板，未來亦無必要使用本板，處長時間水桶併科退文，以儆效尤。
