一、主文
ani3117水桶180日、違規文章退文。
2017/04/14 改判：
撤銷原處分。
二、說明
ani3117發表之文章#1OuRRqGp (part-time)業經法務部判定為含廣告連結之文章，
違反本板板規第十五條第一項第三款，依本板板規第十六條第二項、第十七條第四項、
第十八條、第十九條第四項，應處水桶一百八十日以上，並得退文。
本板在此強調，張貼商業廣告文章為本站明定禁止之行為，本板亦不歡迎此類文章。
2017/04/14 加註：
依#1Oy6vxI0 (PttLaw)判決，原處分原因消滅，故撤銷之。
