[問題] 未滿七天不支薪
上個禮拜接了一個工讀
在面試時老闆有說工作未滿七天不支薪
我原本想說我會做很久就沒理他
後來發現不能配合排班所以離職
(實際工作日未滿七天但從第一天算起有七天)
這個時候老闆說因為我未滿七天所以不支薪
我的想法是這應該違法吧
所以我直接跟他說這筆薪水應該要給我才對
爬文之後還是不太了解
應該是工作多就就可以拿多少薪水吧
到底這樣口頭上的契約有成立嗎?
(如果違法就一定不成立吧)
另外如果老闆堅持不給的話要去哪裡申訴或檢舉呢?
