本人已同意一切遵循現行法律,並確知文責自負 ↑此行若刪除,文章就會被刪除 《工作期間》 ※以下三項子欄位必填,禁止面議或超過法定每日工時上限 ※工時欄位除每日工時外還需列出每週/每月大約工作天數或總工時 工作日期&排班方式:2016/3-2016/7(待產假需求),不會延長 每日工作&休息時間︰09:00-18:00 休息有無計薪&供餐:無 《工作待遇》 ※以下五項子欄位必填,禁止面議並符合法定最低時薪120/hr ※本欄所稱之平常日為星期一 ~ 日,國定假日日期請參考各地方勞工局公告  平常日薪資:月薪 55K-65K 國定假日薪資:依勞基法規定 (約定時薪x2/補休,1/16投票日、2/7~2/14 春節) 超時加班費:依勞基法規定 (第9-10hr 約定時薪x1.33,11-12hr 約定時薪x1.66) 勞健保、勞退︰依法規定投保、提撥 薪資發放日:每月月初 《工作內容》 ※以下兩項子欄位必填並請盡量詳細描述,不可模糊籠統 工作地點︰ 台北市敦化北路207號 工作內容︰ Office Administration /HR Responsibilities ‧Do sourcing and procurement of all office equipment, stationary, office supplies, janitorial services, cleaning service, etc. ‧ Manage the maintenance/repairs all office facilities, office equipment, fixtures and furniture, Ensure all are in good working order at all times. ‧ Ensure Pall office is maintained as neat, tidy and presentable at all time. ‧ Accommodation arrangements for all employees and visitors. ‧ Local mail/courier collection and arrangement. ‧ Coordinate all legal/Corp. and company document and agreements for stamp duties at legal firm. ‧ Coordinate and arrange for meeting, seminars and conferences. ‧ Liaise with building management, contractors and landlord on building maintenance matters. ‧ Raise PR & PO on SAP, perform MIGO and Scan over invoice and PO to CFS ‧ Coordinate with HR Singapore on new comer orientation ‧ Work closely with HR Singapore in regards of employee relation, labor law and local practice updates Finance assistance ‧ Receive VAT-input invoices and update to invoice logs and scan over to CFS, file hard copy of vendor and freight invoices, T&E claims ‧ Collect VAT-output invoices from CS and post to CPA, coordinate with CS for investing missing or incorrect GUI invoice issues. ‧ Work with PASS and IC team for Inter-company cross charge and back charge invoices ‧ Manually issue local statutory GUI invoice for outbound sales and service rendered revenue ‧ Import duty- Collect from Supply Chain and summarized and scan over to CFS ‧ Coordinate with CFS/AP for local payment request and trace payment status. ‧ Maintain petty cash float, with monthly submission to CFS for reimbursement ‧ Proper filing of original document at Taiwan office and management the old document to be stored at Recall. ‧ Assist on Audit request for hard copy of WHT receipts, invoices, VAT filing ‧ Assist on banking matters.
