Job Description:
1. File and organize statutory documentations
2. Generate financial analysis report of monitor products
3. Returned invoice processing and tracking
4. Request and process tax, employee and vendor payments
5. Assist in month end and quarter end accounting activities
6. Provide assistance during external audit visits and other ad-hoc projects
The requirements for the candidates are:
‧ Availability to work at least 2.5 days/week(might start in April or May)
‧ Contract period of 6 months, extension based upon performance and
availability
‧ Currently in Finance/Accounting major preferred but not required
‧ Detail oriented and willingness to learn
