背景: 生長於美國舊金山灣區矽谷(Silicon Valley)，
大學就讀於科羅拉多大學波德分校，
主修為Communication。
經歷: 在畢業後馬上就從科羅拉多州搬去紐約曼哈頓，
22歲起就開始在紐約打拼，追求旅館業的職涯。
曾任職於紐約W飯店、君悅酒店。
隨後便轉換職業跑道，與百大公司簽訂合約，
接洽過上百場國際展會，更為上千人於展會期間安排各公司的參展住宿計畫。
在10年闖蕩紐約的經歷後，決定放眼亞洲。
在2011年，搬到台灣學習中文，進修亞洲文化。
在與台灣朋友交流中找到了與人分享生活經驗的樂趣，
於是便開始了成人英文補教的專業，
很難得在台灣能找到這樣的師資生活專業經歷如此豐富。
Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area's Silicon Valley,
Jason went on to study Communication at the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Two weeks after graduation he moved to Manhattan (New York City)at the ageof 22 and pursued a career in hospitality.
He worked for brands such as W-Hotels and Hyatt Hotels.
He later shifted to a consulting role and worked for a top housing company, specializing in providing hotel accommodations for hundreds of thousands of trade show and convention attendees.
After a solid 10 years of NYC work and living experience,he set his eyes towards Asia.
In 2011, he moved to Taipei to study Mandarin and further his understanding of the region.
He found a new passion in teaching Adults English.
It gave him the opportunity to share his experiences and connect with the people of
Taiwan and also time to pursue his passions and interests.
It’s rare to find a foreigner with such a well-rounded background.
Someone able to talk about anything at any time with relative ease.
我是老師的舊學生，因老師不會使用PTT，所以拜託我幫忙貼此文，
我當時是大四時請老師幫我上課，並修改我的畢業論文，
我生性不愛背書，不愛讀書，所以死背活背來學英文是我絕不可能會做的，
這是我當初找老師的初衷，
與母語者學習自然的英文，希望能夠增強真正的英文底子，
不是去補習班塘塞勉強記下，考試完即忘光。
我也在完全沒讀書的情況下，今年報考多益得到黃金證書，

所以老師真的很有幫助，不管是在了解美國文化方面，還是我現在上班的英文書信部分。
生活方面，我個人很喜歡看影集，剛好不懂的梗都可以問老師，
美國電影與影集如果不懂梗的來源就不好笑了!
未來打算去美國念書，相信老師對我融入當地社會的幫助匯很多，
讓我不害怕與美國人交流，
身為英文系學生真的深深了解到學語言不是背好單字，就可以無礙的跟外國人往來，
因為文化真的不懂，聽不懂笑點聽不懂俚語，
特別美國人很喜歡用相反sarcasm來開玩笑，這些都是只懂英文不懂文化是不會懂得!
沒有這些英文語言背景也只是每一個字都懂卻整句聽不懂的窘境。
很感謝老師讓我現在能跟外國朋友打成一遍....未來去美國也不怕交不到當地的朋友了
