[問題] 豆腐、豆干算複雜加工食品嗎?
最近有聽聞親友想轉吃素,
但是又苦思蛋白質來源不足,容易餓。
大家最常補充蛋白質來源的豆干、豆腐、豆皮、豆包類的豆類製品,
又被質疑是加工物,有一些化學添加物,不天然,
甚至可能很多都是基因改造黃豆
(尤其是傳統市場,通常很難知道這些製品是否是非基因改造豆類),
如果避掉,又覺得容易餓,可能就會轉吃一些肉類避免快餓。
請問這類豆類製品,大家有什麼想法嗎,真的不安全了嗎?
又或者有什麼蔬菜是高蛋白含量可以推薦的呢???
