[問題] 飲食-怎麼吃才不會缺鐵
有翻一下本版舊文,
關於貧血的文章,
因為之前吃素吃到貧血,
(不用考慮缺蛋白廿質,
因為我很注重蛋白質的補充)
有去查過網路文章,(醫生寫的)
有提到“很多貧血都是因為缺鐵”
而不是吃含鐵多的食物就好,
還要考慮進到人體的吸收程度,
所以從肉食中補充鐵是最好的,
從我自己恢復肉食就好很快便可證實,
想問:
1.要怎麼從素食中補充鐵質,
2.而攝取含量大概幾公克?
3.如何容易(ex:自助餐)而可便宜的攝取足夠的鐵質?
(舉例來說,堅果價格對我的經濟狀況來說太高,but我不知道堅果一天的攝取量,說不定除
下來是在我可以接受的範圍,所以才有2,3的問題)
