[問題] 素水餃的內餡
請問各位素食同好, 自己包水餃的時候, 常常會用冬粉配高麗菜, 但是煮起來吃後,
雖然蔬菜很爽脆, 但是料都散散的, 想要試試看比較扎實的感覺, 就是料能夠粘在
一起.
有試過用麵粉或太白粉, 但是感覺怪怪的, 不知道有沒有網友有經驗可以分享一下?
