[問題] 全素需要綜合維他命嗎?
因為最近又有報導出來
全素者若不仔細在飲食上下功夫,會容易缺乏b12和蛋白質
蛋白質是好解決
至於b12呢?
爬了一下文,食用綜合維他命似乎不是主流
我自己是有在吃啦
可以在這邊做個調查請問各位板友有於食用綜合維他命嗎?
或是可以做個經驗分享?

以上有板友提到綜合維他命內B12劑量很低,不如直接吃B群
但我吃的綜合維他命一顆內B12就有30微克(1250%每日基準),也蠻高的
也許B群會比較便宜?
