【公司名稱】星展銀行driven op
erating model (DDOM) to the dealing room by providing technical expertise in t
he areas of data analysis, digital solutions, and automation. This role will w
ork closely with cross BU/SU and cross-country colleagues to identify business
opportunities for digital solutions, advanced analytics, and machine learning
techniques to improve customer experience, internal efficiency, and drive rev
enue growth.
Responsibility:
★ Collaborate with the dealing room team and other departments to identify an
d collect relevant data to develop new strategies and tactics based on market
insights and data analysis in compliance with regulatory requirements and inte
rnal policy
★ Maintain the local T&M data pipeline within ADA to support all analytics an
d modelling from enterprise ADA
★ Align to regional change management framework for data to be adopted into T
aiwan
★ Work with overseas data colleagues in Hong Kong and Singapore and to port o
ver analytics tools and models fit for local Taiwan T&M use
★ Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for revenue growth, and area
s for improvement
★ Apply statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to develop predi
ctive models and algorithms to drive business outcome
★ To work with internal/external teams on exploring or creating new business
models to drive new revenue streams
★ Manage implementation of digital solutions with clients
★ Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and con
cise manner
★ Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practice
s in data analysis, digital solutions, and automation, and provide recommendat
ions for new tools or platforms that could benefit the dealing room
★ Work with marketing and product management teams to drive revenue growth an
d client acquisition through digital channels
★ Perform other related duties as assigned
【徵求條件】
★ Bachelor's degree or above in a related field such as finance, banking, sta
tistics, or data/computer science
★ At least 5 years of experience in data analysis or digital solutions, prefe
rably in a dealing room or other financial institution.
★ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a emonstrated ability to
interpret and analyze complex data sets.
★ Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau
★ Proficiency in at least one statistical programming language such as Python
★ Experience with machine learning techniques such as regression, classificat
ion, clustering, and deep learning
★ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in
English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all le
vels
★ Proven ability to self-accomplish tasks and proactively seek out new opport
unities to add value to the team
★ Knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and trading strategies is a pl
us
★ Knowledge of software tools and platforms relevant to the dealing room envi
ronment, such as Bloomberg, Reuters, and other market data systems is a plus
★ Experience in marketing and project management is a plus.
