International Business Administrator is to support synthetic paper business

‧協助國外業務與客戶email溝通訂單及船務細節
Support International Business Sales to communicate with worldwide customers
for order details and shipping arrangement.
‧與供應商接洽訂單，安排加工，船務出貨(海空運整櫃散貨)，並協助計算裝櫃細節，
報關流程，並致力於達成節省運費之最高效益
Coordinate with suppliers for orders placement, rework process, and logistics
(ocean/air), including FCL /LCL booking and container optimization, packaging
arrangement, freight efficiency, and custom clearance process facilitation.
‧製作出口報關及三角貿易文件並追蹤貨款(L/C, DP, T/T)，確保資料詳實記錄於ERP系
統
Manage export and triangle trade process documents and follow up payment
through L/C, DP, and T/T. Ensure all steps of process are recorded correctly
in ERP system.
‧為客戶特殊需求規劃船務及加工流程來爭取訂單
Plan efficient logistics process to fulfill customers‘ special requirements,
generating new product usage profiles.

plus, but not a must.
‧須具備英文讀寫能力 (全民英檢中高級/TOEIC＞785/TOEFL＞87者佳)
English writing and reading skill is strongly required (GEPT
High-Intermediate/TOEIC＞785/TOEFL＞87 is a plus).

【工作時間】
9:00-18:00
