(Forma) 【工作職缺】 Marketing Operations and Analytics Manager 【工作內容】【徵求條件】 [Summary of Job] You will be Forma’s first marketing operations and analytics subject matter exp ert. We are looking for a marketing operations champion with an excellent unders tanding of marketing technologies needed to support the business and marketing a nalytics and data strategies. We are looking for someone who can offer strategic partnership but also lend tactical support to the rest of marketing, enabling t hem with the insights necessary to drive effective go-to-market outcomes. This p erson will be closely collaborating with leaders in Revenue Operations, Field an d Growth Marketing to execute a unified operational vision. [Essential Functions] * Manage, maintain and continually evolve our lead scoring, MQL processes, lead to revenue process, and operational fundamentals * Maintaining data integrity and data governance through operational programs an d automated processes * Creating, configuring, and maintaining programs and channels to support market ing efforts * Management of database segmentation for marketing campaigns, personalization, and reporting * Setting up, testing, and maintaining our third-party marketing integrations, i ncluding troubleshooting any sync or data errors * Creating, updating, and optimizing marketing assets on the website and landing pages to support conversion optimization * Reporting to leadership on performance and leveraging insights to inform futur e strategies * Creating and updating documentation for all core Marketing Automation & Operat ions initiatives for internal enablement [Preferred Skills] * 5+ years of marketing operations and analytics experience in B2B SaaS * 3+ years of HubSpot marketing hub experience, deep understanding and applicati on of hubspot-specific functionality * Demonstrated success in owning, optimizing, and scaling the marketing technolo gies including Salesforce (admin level), 6sense, Drift, ZoomInfo, LeanData, Ring Lead, Google Analytics, and other technologies to advance the business. * Deep understanding of enterprise sales, the sales process, sales cycles and bu ying behavior, plus strong knowledge of markets, trends, industries etc. * Comprehensive experience setting up and/or managing marketing operations initi atives including; lead scoring, HubSpot integration, data Standardizations etc. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - along with strong interpersonal , organizational and stakeholder management skills and ability to understand and interpret data and present findings to general Marketing and Sales audiences. * Strong project management skills, including production schedules, stakeholder coordination, vendor oversights. * Proven ability to work independently, and operate in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing time and resources b ased on business impact. * Startup or entrepreneurial spirit with the willingness to jump in and get your hands dirty * HTML, SQL experience preferred, but not required. 【工作地點】 全遠端 【工作時間】 全彈性工時 【月休】 週休二日 【公司福利】 1) Macbook 2) $200 USD/mo - BeWell funds 3) $30 USD/mo - BeConnected funds 4) $100 USD/mo - BeOroductive funds 5) $300 USD - One-time subsidy to build your home office 6) $1000 USD/year - Health Examination 7) Remote-first working environment 【薪資範圍】 NTD$50,000/月 起 【需求人數】 1 【聯絡人/連絡方式】 請至以下網址投遞履歷: https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/forma/6b239846-b940-421d-b488-1ad05d2bdf40 【其他備註】 https://joinforma.com/ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 42.75.235.133 (臺灣) ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/job/M.1667136547.A.307.html
