【工作職缺】國貿助理International Business Administrator
【工作內容】
國貿助理將協助鋼鐵出口相關事業
International Business Administrator is to support steel export business.
‧與客戶溝通訂單細節並安排船務及製作相關文件
Communicate with customers for order details and shipping arrangement as well
as prepare corresponding documentation.
‧與供應商接洽訂單於系統入單，安排船務出貨，並安排信用狀申請及押匯
Coordinate with suppliers for orders placement in the system and support
logistics and arrange L/C application as well as document presentation to the
bank.
‧製作出口文件並追蹤貨款(L/C, T/T)
Manage export documents and follow up payment through L/C or T/T.
‧及時解決客戶以及廠商問題確保出貨順暢
Solve issues from customers and suppliers on a timely basis to facilitate the
shipment.

‧有國貿實務及信用狀等經驗及汽車駕照者佳
Having knowledge of International Business (L/C) and driver's license can be
a plus.
‧須具備英文讀寫能力 (全民英檢中高級/TOEIC＞785/TOEFL＞87者佳)
English writing and reading skill is strongly required
(GEPT High-Intermediate/TOEIC＞785/TOEFL＞87 is a plus).
‧具備日文讀寫能力者佳但非必要
Japanese writing and reading skill can be a plus but not required.
