【公司名稱】ICU Medical Inc. 【工作職缺】 Team Leader Technical Service 【工作內容】 沒有內容會被刪文 【徵求條件】 The Team Leader Technical Service (TLTS) is responsible in providing quality and efficient customer focused, operational support through the daily manageme nt of a team of employees to ICU Medical customers across Taiwan. The TLTS is responsible for providing timely and market leading on-site and workshop base d service and repair of ICU Medical Technology portfolio located across both p ublic and private hospitals along with Life Science and Educational Institutio ns. As a recognised leader within the Service Team, the daily management of y our direct reports would include motivating, planning, coaching, training and problem solving duties. Viewed as a subject matter expert, is the first escal ation point for technical and planning functions and is required to produce, r eport and deliver service based schedules and installation projects in-line wi th Global Market Actions and Commercial requirements. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Performing repairs and testing of customer equipment and peripherals Plan, organize, report and deliver technical service activities including repa irs, PMI, installations and market actions. Plan and control parts inventories for your relevant team. Monitor and report job costings and team performance against Technical Service KPI’s. Ensuring direct reports are completing Tech Service processes and procedures v ia Oracle Leading Technical Service customer enquiries and remedial action in the field Diagnosing and solving technical problems and where necessary interpreting com plex problems and reporting feedback from site visits Assisting with the installation, programming and testing of hospital implement ations Training Service Team staff Awareness and alignment to ICU Medical’s QMS policies and procedures Observance and compliance with WHS legislation and policies Any other reasonable duties as requested by your manager Knowledge, Skills & Experience: 3 - 5 years in a technical servicing/repair field with practical product repai r experience Strong customer service orientation Excellent communication skills Proven problem analysis and problem solving skills Knowledge of the organization's products Ability to plan, organise and deliver service activities either within a works hop or field based environment.
