【工作職缺】
駐廠招募專員 ( 六個月合約)
【工作內容】
Ability to understand the talent needs of hiring managers when opening a requisition and provide value-adding recruiting advice to hiring managers and influence talent decisions
Using the right channels and messages to find targeted sources of high-quality candidates
Ability to assess candidate quality, skills, and Motivational-fit and identify the best candidate
Maintain effective relationships with candidates through the recruiting process
Establish a good relationship with local campus universities for building a pipeline channel
Plan, organize, coordinate, execute, track the recruiting process

Bachelor degree or above
Minimum 3 years of experience of human resources with recruiting experience. Search firm experience is an advantage.
Team player spirit with good communication skill to different types of people
Strong self-motivation for learning, sharing and delivering
Knowledge and practice in Applicant Tracking System
Good command of English
【工作地點】
新竹科學園區內
亦可在台北敦化北路上班(但一周視狀況需至新竹辦公室，約每周2-3天)
【工作時間】

【薪資範圍】
※行政院勞委會於106年1月1日起調漲基本工資為月薪21,000元

時薪工作請貼Part-Time板
依個人學經歷核定 約45000-65000元
另有績效完成獎金 0.5~1個月薪資
