To provide a range of Key Result Areas 1. Draft or review legal documents/contracts under Legal Counsel's guidance 40% 2. Communicate/ provide legal advices on the government authority related matters or any issue involving government officials. 25% 3. Legal & corporate Database management /legal documentation / other corporate secretariat duties. 20% 4. Keeps alert to laws update and conduct legal research on assigned issues. 10% 5. Personal Development 5% 【徵求條件】 Education/Experience: Obtained a bachelor degree (or above) from a prestigious law school in Taiwan. 1+ prior qualified leal experience preferably with a multi-national or international company / law Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
