【工作內容】
Supply Chain responsibilities:
- Liaise commercial team and regional supply chain team to manage
launched/new products readiness and maintain optimal inventory level.
- Act as contact window for warehouse/logistics provider and internal
customer for domestic supply chain related topics
- In charge of customer master data and product pricing setup, daily sales
order approval process and sales return/exchange and support BU daily
operations
- Manage local procurement and assist price negotiation including office
supplies, fixed assets, etc.
- Inventory management and operation optimization, including semi-annual
stock taking, stock ageing analysis and sample analysis, etc
- Recycle duty and local barcode system owner
- Procurement system setup, including vendor pool management and maintenance,
sourcing, evaluation, final acceptance etc
- Tender document preparations
Others
- Assist supervisor to set up supply chain system and workflow
- Provide administrative support to Finance and Supply Chain team
- Other ad-hoc assignment from supervisor

- Bachelor degree above in supply chain management or business related
background
- Excellent communication skills. Fluency in written and oral English is
required with TOEIC above 650.
- Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint is required
- Strong ownership, sense of urgency, stable and a good team player with
positive attitude.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with strong sense of number.
- Flexible and open-minded to accept automation and enhancement to process
flow.
- Willing to learn, to grow and be able to work in a changing and pressured
environment to meet management deadlines.
【工作地點】台北市信義區
【工作時間】
責任制，日班早上九點到晚上六點，中午十二點到一點半為午休時間; 週休二日。
【月休】
員工年度休假優於勞基法，並依年資而定。
