【工作職缺】
Administrative Officer/
Personal Assistant of FISH IS LIFE TAIWAN Managing Director (MD)
(president of Hong Kong company FISH IS LIFE ASIA LTD)
【工作內容】
The P.A. will be in charge of:
1. Office book keeping.
Filling expenses statements of previous year: 1st month: full time.
Assisting MD in new year budget assessment.
Filling office expenses statements, weekly 2 hrs.
2. M.D. Time table keeping.
3. Administrative Officer in charge of backing up the coordination of:
(1) Import / export documents between our clients in Asia (importers) and
our suppliers (exporters).
(2) Make our client review the shipping documents you collect from our
suppliers of marine ingredients -soft commodities (140 contracts/year)
- to make sure there are no mistakes on the shipping documents of our
suppliers before they are submitted to the bank for trade clearance
purposes.
(3) Accompany the Managing Director whenever translation assistance, or
logistical support is needed.
(4) Supporting sales & Marketing Officer whenever it is requires
【徵求條件】
Contract type : Full time
Education level: Bachelor
Experience level: 2-3 years
Languages: fluent in Mandarin and excellent command of English. Fair command
of French language is highly appreciated.
【工作地點】
Taipei city, near Taipei Arena station
【工作時間】
9:00-18:00 Monday to Friday
Lunch break 12:30-14:00
【月休】
Two-day weekend
【公司福利】
We have 12 days of annual leave per year. Probation included.
The number of annual paid leave increases by 1 day every year after the
first year contract is concluded.
Employee benefit sick leave/ maternity leave/ compensatory leave and public
holidays guaranteed by Labor's Law.
【薪資範圍】
Net salary 25,000 to 35,000 NTD
13 months per year (if you are working a full 12 months calendar year)
