[問題] 美國iphone6維修問題

友人在美國維修i6,預約完後到現場,等了一個多小時後店員請他留資料,
無法當天維修完成,請他等待通知,今天寄來了一封mail,意思是在保固內要支付299美金嗎?
為隱私問題,有把一些隱私資料刪除

Connected phone to known good power source for 10 minutes, phone powered on
and became stuck on the Apple Logo.
Performed Full restore using iTunes.
Cosmetic Condition: Good.
No signs of physical damage.
Proposed Resolution: Replace phone under limited warranty.
