[問題] costco的黑胡椒豬排需要醃過再煎嗎?
請問大家~
costco的黑胡椒豬排下鍋之前需要再度醃過嗎?
因為每一片豬排的外圈已經有很厚的黑胡椒粒了
可是肉片看不出來是否有"醬汁"的感覺 @@
(食譜裡的煎豬排通常會先醃過)
我怕我醃了它反而弄巧成拙
請有經驗的人幫忙回答
