[問題] 關於好事多的B群
各位大家好~
前陣子因為常常睡眠顛倒,生理時鐘不對
一睡就要睡很久 醒著的時候超累
實在受不了 就去好事多買了綜合維他命B群 K牌的
原本都聽大家說想要身體有"元氣"的話 就多吃維他命B群
於是我現在都盡量讓自己12點左右睡覺 8點左右起床
起床後就吃一顆B群 然後去上課這樣
但結果卻越來越累= ="
原本以為這樣會比較有精神的 卻更想睡覺
上課超累
我想問板上有吃過K牌B群的版友是不是也會這樣啊?
還是個人的問題
