[問題] costco的北海道生干貝要煎多久?
煎了兩次,一次是外層熟了但裡邊有點生;一次是邊邊咬起來像橡皮筋
我知道這個干貝很新鮮可以生食,但我還是想吃熟的
這幾次去也沒看到煎生干貝讓人試吃的銷售人員
究竟一面要煎幾分鐘,是用中小火嗎?
要怎樣才能煎得色澤金黃,裡邊也是熟的呢(不要像嚼橡皮筋的喔)
