[問題] 為何烹飪紙我都會用焦呢?
我在costco買了烹飪紙,原本是想取代鋁薄紙(我家的是陽春小烤箱)
還有就是煎東西時防沾黏(我的炒鍋超會沾粘的)
可是,我常常用的很失敗!!!
ex.紙鋪在烤盤,東西放在紙上,開始烤
5min開始後,紙就開始變黃,變焦黑,東西還沒熟呢
整間廚房已充滿焦味,只好匆忙把那張黑到要碎的紙丟掉
用在炒鍋的情形也很類似,開小火,東西才剛放呢,紙就已黃一半
不過黑的情形就好很多,但有放油和沒放油的變黑黃速度有點差...
看到大家對這款紙的好評,還有costco阿姨使用時的方便好用
讓我覺的一定是我有問題啦!可不可以請大家告訴我,我使用方式那裏要改善的呢?
