剛看到底下這則報導差點吐血!!台中是除了雙北之外購屋指數最痛苦的城市阿,救命喔

內政部實價登錄資訊顯示,這兩年六都電梯大樓房價漲跌互見,其中,台北市跌破7字頭
剩每坪65.3萬元;台中市則逆勢上漲1成,總體來說是「北北桃跌,中南微漲」的格局。
群義房屋昨(21)日根據內政部實價登錄資訊指出,近2年六都電梯大樓房價以台中逆勢
小漲1成最堅挺,平均每坪約20.7萬元,主要因剛性需求穩定,房價相對有撐。
至於北北桃電梯住宅大樓房價,8月已比2年前下跌3.5%~8.9%,尤其桃園市跌幅最大,
從2014年平均每坪19.2萬元跌至17.5萬元、跌幅8.9%;台北市則跌破7字頭來到每坪65.3
萬元。反觀中南高三都則全部逆勢上漲,漲幅自6.4%~10.1%,其中以台中市最堅挺,
還比2年前再漲1成。
到底是什麼原因造成台中市房價這麼硬挺應是了得大漲一成而且只會漲不會跌呢?
1.中彰投上萬家的無良未登記的血汗小工廠老闆給低薪壓榨員工後把多的錢拿去買房?
2.台中雖然空氣汙染嚴重,但是各區生活機能良好屌打只能部分住人的縣市?如桃園新竹?
3.台中市591一堆出芭樂價的屋主寧願放好幾年賣不出去也不願意降價,台中屋主最不缺錢?
4.林佳龍市長體諒大環境不景氣,地價稅調漲金額六都最低,自用住宅地價稅平均增加198
