[問題]如果你有能力買4000萬的房子,
最近看了很多房子,
文山區和新店區很多物件都已經超過4000,
表面上坪數很大,但是扣掉車位和公設後,
裡面實際居住空間也不過就30坪上下,3房兩廳,
但是,這樣的價格內湖、信義區、士林等等皆盡蛋黃的區域也可以買到
可以住的房子...
請問諸位,如果您有能力買4000萬的房子,
不論物件新舊大小,只管區域,您會選擇買哪裡?
之所以會不論物件的大小新舊,純粹只是希望知道在諸多的因子當中,
地點的重要性在哪裡... 大家也都很清楚一樣的錢在不同的區域會買到不一
樣的東西...

文山真的很可怕,以電梯大樓來說,3000能買到的,室內有25坪就很偷笑了,
恆光橋還有一個公寓,連河景都沒有,3樓4樓改的樓中樓,開42XX耶!

嗯...這聽起來就很像仲介說的話耶...那個60-70坪,從新店和文山的案件當中看起來
裡面真正"主附建物"加起來能有30-35就不錯了... 4000萬耶!!! 只有有錢人和仲介才
能一派輕鬆把只有約50%的實際居住空間看得那麼的理所當然啊~~~
