﹝問題詳述﹞請詳述遇到問題的經過
好幾次自動重開機或當機
主要是發生在玩星海的時候
特效全開必定當機
我電腦只買了1個多月(之前都是特效全開的玩 沒有問題)
最近才發生這狀況
重開機的時候會發生主機板上燈號閃紅光 (查詢說明書後發現是記憶體)
閃紅光的時候就無法進入WINDOWS了
要一直嘗試手動關機和開機才能順利進入
有試過重插記憶體 (重插可以順利進去WINDOWS)
不過玩星海還是會發生問題
發生問題後再進WINDOWS就會出現

有板友教學怎麼自己看DMP檔
我就嘗試按照步驟開啟DMP檔
不過還是看不太懂
儘管打了關鍵字到搜尋網站
大概了解是硬體的問題
後來在DMP檔裡面看到 BUGCHECK_STR: 0x124_AuthenticAMD
感覺像是CPU的問題
