[除錯] 裝64位元的OS系統會經常藍屏死機

RAM：（廠牌、頻率、容量） GeIL CL9-9-9 DDR3-1600
VGA：（廠牌、型號） NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GX2
HDD：（廠牌、容量） Hitachi HDS721010CLA332 (1 TB)
PSU：（廠牌、型號、瓦數）
O.S：（版本、SP？、整合） Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit
+ XP professional
﹝問題詳述﹞
最近新組的電腦(雙系統 WIN7 64BIT + XP 32BIT)
裝了64位元的WIN7，系統變的很不穩(XP沒事)，
開機後才按幾個鍵就會藍天白雲
最誇張的是連重灌到尾聲時
(剛填完使用者帳戶名稱 在設定家用網路時)
也曾經藍天白雲過
重灌了4次 依然如此
這其中還有個特徵
就是我無法線上全部更新完成
(.net framework 4.0會失敗)
昨晚改裝32位元的WIN7
用到現在發現沒有問題
由於XP 和32位元 WIN7都沒問題
感覺上是64位元的OS跟我硬體有衝到?
想請問板上神人
這有解嗎.....

查過CPU的指令集
指令集 x86, x86-64, MMX, 3DNow!, SSE, SSE2, SSE3, SSE4A
看起來有支援X64阿...
