[情報] BBC報導美國賓州大學對雄性禿的研究發現

其中有提到幾句我覺得比較重要的:
It may be possible to 'cure' male baldness by restoring the normal function of
these cells, the experts hope.
Dr George Cotsarelis who led the research said: "This implies that there is a
problem in the activation of stem cells converting progenitor cells in bald
scalp.
"The fact that there are normal numbers of stem cells in bald scalp gives us
hope for reactivating those stem cells."
摘要-----這研究發現主要是說雄禿區域的幹細胞還在(而且"數量"正常)
只是沒有正常的 activated(活化), 說未來有可能發展一種cream,
使得幹細胞能夠促成生長頭髮(專家們是這樣希望)------

他有說"現今的抗禿治療最多只能維持,他們希望未來能發展可以真正生髮的療法"
看來這世界上還是有很多專家在研究雄禿治療,希望趕快發明新藥!
(小弟我目前是菲+minoxidil使用將近2年,效過只有延緩而已,掉髮量還是在,
髮旋部分還是頗明顯的...不過我還是都有很勤勞的早晚使用)
