[請益] 材料問題 關於再結晶顆粒大小
最近因準備物理冶金 有在看李正中筆記
裡面提到退火再結晶時,再結晶顆粒大小與退火溫度無關
是根據N/G的比值來決定,也就是成核及成長速率
但是退火溫度會影響再結晶的速率
依照邏輯來推論,溫度越高,再結晶速率越快,晶粒不是應該更小嗎?
只要超過最小成核半徑即可
那到底退火溫度到底會不會影響再結晶顆粒大小?
加上有寫到楊慧德的考古題習題,剛好也寫到兩題
答案一題是insensitive (清大) 一題是有影響(北科大)
故上來請問一下大家的意見
