[問題] 參加LSA 2007 in Stanford 需要J-1 visa 嗎
我和同學要參加 LSA(美國語言學會)
在Stanford 的summer institute
網站上要求要J-1 visa
What kind of visa do non-US citizens require?
Stanford University considers attendance at the institute to be appropriate
to the J-1 visa category and strongly discourages attendance at the Institute
on a tourist visa.
但聽上次去過的人說 辦B-2觀光簽就可以了
不過要辦J-1 很麻煩 又很久
請問一下有什麼建議嗎
