近日國際的焦點是烏俄戰爭的狀況。臺灣彩虹公民行動協會不僅希望烏克蘭順利挺過俄羅斯的侵略，同時也關心烏克蘭同志社群的處境。儘管烏克蘭國內也有反同聲浪，然不同於至今仍將同志當成犯罪的俄羅斯，烏克蘭於1992 年已將同志除罪化；2012年首都基輔舉辦了第一場同志遊行；2015年通過反歧視法。而今年原本將是基輔同志遊行KyivPride的第11屆。在這次的戰事中，KyivPride也在第一時間為烏克蘭同胞、同志找到歐洲各國願意支援食宿的庇護所。我們深深佩服KyivPride的行動力，並盼望烏克蘭不分異同都可以平安度過這次俄羅斯的不義侵略。 The subject of recent international focus has been the situation of the Russia -Ukraine war. We at the Taiwan Rainbow Civil Action Association (TWRCAA) not o nly hope that Ukraine will be able to hold on throughout the aggression they a re facing from Russia, but also continue to care about the situation of all me mbers of Ukraine’s LGBTQ+ community. Although there is some anti-LGBTQ+ sentiment within Ukraine itself, it is not considered to be a punishable offense like it is in Russia. It was declared no t to be a crime in Ukraine in 1992. In 2012, the capital, Kyiv, held their first annual Pride. In 2015, anti-discr imination legislation was passed by the government. Additionally, this year is the 11th anniversary of Kyiv Pride. During this time of war, Kyiv Pride has, from the start, helped Ukrainians, in cluding members of the LGBTQ+ community, find places to seek refuge in other c ountries around Europe.
