Hi, this is Yuan-Hsin, a native Chinese speaker.
I am looking for a English native speaker.
I majored in English in college and had been in NY for three years,
so any level of Chinese speaking skill is fine.
Preferably a partner in Taichung so we can talk face to face.
If not, talking on Skype also works.
