[ＬＥ] chinese-korean or english

I am ching an assistant at NTU.
I have learn Korean for 6 month but I don't have partner to practice.
I only can spell letters and some simple conversation.
I want to speak Korean fluently.
In addition, I like to travel everywhere but my English is not very well.
It bring me more bother.
I need a girl who are lively and nature Korean or English speaker
