my firends name is jeff
he is currently working as a engeneer
and for his work sometime he will need to contact foreigner customers he has
never done language exchange before and is willing to give it a try to
improve the conversational sklil.
he lives around nothern part of the taipei city
so i would suppose locations are preferably around 石牌 天母 北投...
but of course other places along the mrt stations are fine as well :)
since his time is limited to only weekends (u know, engineers)
and i know for some ppl weekends are not meant for studies. lol
