我有去看過這間房子
我覺得還OK 但是我覺得比較適合是男生以及不討厭狗的人
因為 現在目前的兩位住在那邊的是男生(一位是外國人一位是華人)
有興趣想要租的人
以外國人或是ABC為主
因為 目前他們家都是以英文在溝通 就連狗也是聽英文...
(不過聽說狗狗也有可能找新家 我不確定 可能要自己跟那位朋友聯絡)

and 711 just 3min walk. mrt and bus 5min walk. park and river 1min walk.
