[問題] 哪個部位瘦看起來比較瘦?
本身屬於肉感女孩,最困擾是手臂,大腿一直沒自覺有多糟,但運動後一直沒什麼變化,
整體變結實而已,我曾經運動一年多只瘦了兩公斤(一週跑步四天,自己煮),想問一下
對於「視覺」來說,哪個部位瘦一點整體會看起來有變化?172公分,骨架偏大,手臂、
大腿、小腿,哪個部位瘦一點會比較好? 想用醫美改善。
Ps我個人覺得手臂>小腿>大腿 ,因為露出來的部分細其他就會被忽略了....
