[心得] 限醣飲食~提供參考!
我大約在三個多月前,買了本書叫做"京都名醫的~吃到飽減重法",
依照書裡大致上的精神,施行限醣飲食.
首週到第三週沒什麼太大的改變,但由第四週起就稍微降了0.5K,
然後大約每兩週降0.5K,至今已減少5K,
雖然覺得已在一個減重的停滯點,但我仍然維持著限醣飲食,
並且早餐是不忌口但大約八分飽, 午餐就會儘量吃飽一點,晚餐則能不吃就不吃,
或者真有餓的感覺就在下午五點前用餐.前提是注意限醣飲食.
