[挑選] 一休團購的SHAPERMAN狼牙棒或波浪棒?

☆個人資料簡述:慢跑為主,重訓類會做深蹲、弓步這類會使用腿的動作
會做伸展動作放鬆,不過一直也想要買滾輪來用看看
我有一個50D硬度的瑜珈磚,會拿來用髂脛束(IT BAND)
側身用大腿壓在瑜珈磚上會覺得非常痛,但還不會流眼淚
然後我腿部的筋膜一直都很緊
瑜珈的話,海狗式會坐不直(大腿前側太痛),但腳已經可以勾到手了XD
很想試試看滾輪有沒有辦法改善筋膜緊繃的問題~因此請大家幫忙挑選^^

看一休的回應也是因為硬度較高跟分布較窄
所以對穴位的按摩比較強

看別人的討論是比較像瑜珈滾輪放鬆
但會比較有感
