[問題] surfdome可以拒收嗎？已回收
如題
最一開始我就說我要用royal寄
不過擔心沒成功就寫信給客服
但第一封客服只回我另一個問題
於是我又再寫一封問說是用royal寄沒錯吧？
客服說對的 是用royal寄唷
可是！
沒幾個小時，我收到一封有整個訂單和出貨確認的mail
上面卻寫說我的是用fedex寄出！
整個超傻眼
立馬寫信過去
剛剛收到以下回覆
hank you for your message. It states on the website: For international orders, the couriers we use are Royal Mail, DPD and FedEx. Royal Mail deliveries are made locally by your national postal service. Where possible we will give you a choice of options and unless specified we will choose the most appropriate option depending on the weight or value of your order.

The items in your order are too big to be sent with Royal Mail, this is why we are shipping it with FedEx. Royal Mail would not accept a parcel of this size.
我很好奇大家用royal寄出的都買了多少？
一雙雨靴+球鞋也沒多重吧！
我現在很擔心
因為我買了一雙hunter&保養油和一雙new balance 球鞋
大概110多英磅
雖然爬文大部份都是關稅10%
但也有看到有版友被收四千多
請問我可以寫信給客服說如果不是用royal寄那我不要了嗎？或是nb鞋不要了，我不買超過75，就得付運費，那我是不是就可以選royal阿？
ps寫信給客服可不可以用中文阿？總覺得英文無法表現出我的憤怒耶哈哈
