[問題] Paypal匯入帳號的問題

本版首Po 本魯一小時前不小心在國外網站刷了175美金由於我是經過Paypal付款，根據該網站(Opskin)上寫到的 "PayPal payments are only refundable back to the PayPal account they originated from. If a user closes their PayPal account and later wants a PayPal payment refunded to a different payment method, they will not be able to receive a refund." 所以我的款項應該會退到Paypal帳戶內，我的問題是我應該怎麼將Paypal中的錢提出來我並沒有玉山銀行帳號，只有郵局帳號這樣是不是代表我無法將Paypal中的錢領出來？還是有其他辦法可以領出來？有人知道應該怎麼做嗎？請告訴我，謝謝我一個學生突然少了五千多塊真的很麻煩QQ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.161.130.67 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/creditcard/M.1523376679.A.BAF.html
