[問題] 軟化金針菇的方法
在滷金針菇和嫩豆包的時候,希望可以滷嫩一點,但有時就煮不夠爛,尤其是有「明天見」之稱的金針菇,很難軟化。請問有辦法讓金針菇(和豆包)更軟的方法嗎?謝謝
