本人酪梨控,昨天衝動買了一大箱酪梨,大約15顆左右,不算大顆。
上次買一箱, 最後 酪梨在同一個時間熟透,吃得有點辛苦
有幾顆甚至熟到壞掉不能食用(果肉部分變得黑黑的)
這次想要分3週吃完
網路上找尋的酪梨保存方法多是切塊冷凍,方便之後打成酪梨牛奶
但我不想喝含牛奶的飲品,想直接食用果肉
想請教有什麼方法可以讓酪梨分批熟成,而且不會產生苦味?
如果把一部分尚未成熟的酪梨先冷藏一周,之後再拿出來熟成可行嗎?
