[問題] 炸牛排
煎牛排吃的很膩、想說來試試炸牛排
如果把厚度2-2.5cm的牛排先舒肥
再裹蛋液麵包粉快炸30-60秒、可行嗎?
想炸出外脆內軟的口感
用什麼部位比較好? prime沙朗或菲力?
會先舒肥是怕中間太生、爸媽不敢吃@@
