[問題] 用電鍋蒸水煮蛋沒熟
常常會用電鍋蒸白蛋,
冰冰箱餓了就吃,
昨天不知道是水放太少還是太先開,
今天要吃的時候發現蛋沒有完全熟,
蛋白雖然都轉白色,
但有一半是稠稠的樣子,
蛋黃是全部固化了沒錯,
但也是有一部分的顏色不太像全熟的樣子,
可是昨天一口氣蒸了六顆,
蒸完後還在室溫下冷卻一小時左右,
請問其他的蛋還有補救方式嗎
如果在拿去二蒸可以嗎
