[問題] 鮪魚罐頭的變化性?
想從食物上修正自己的飲食習慣跟身體素質
目前以減少熱量、不喝飲料、入夜不食澱粉、以水果充飢為主
其他跟減肥有關的就不提了
主要是目前的蛋白質來源主要就是雞胸肉、蛋跟水煮鮪魚罐頭
但我所有喜歡吃、會弄的料理,都跟澱粉或是糖有關XD
尤其是鮪魚罐頭...
除了拿來拌生洋蔥、生小黃瓜之外,
調味上黑胡椒、鹽巴、沙拉醬(少量)、日式醬油、醋...等組合
實在玩不出甚麼新把戲了QQ
我腦海中所有好吃的情況都跟澱粉類有關
減肥是一回事,東西要好吃才能持續三年五年十年啊!
想請教大家有沒有什麼變化性或是獨門食譜呢?
