[問題] Turk土克雙耳深鍋vs手工鍛造鐵鍋
自己本身料理主要以煎炒為主,
最近不沾鍋變沾鍋,焦掉地方也洗不掉,
考慮健康因素,決定換個鐵鍋,
由於目前人在英國,買歐洲製的純鐵鍋比較方便,
爬文後覺得土克鍋很吸引人,

這兩個鍋都有人推,所以猶豫不決了好幾天還沒下訂,
雙耳鍋機是器壓製較便宜,手工則是貴上一倍,
但不知道使用起來是不是有差異,
Google大家心得大部分都只針對其中一款分享,
因此想請問有兩款都有使用經驗的板友 能分享哪把比較好用嗎?
